Shipping.

Shipping rates are determined by current carrier rates. Items are usually shipped out within 24-48 hours during standard business days. We currently offer shipping in the US.

Returns.

Items may be returned up to 10 days after the date of purchase for full refund or up to 15 days for an exchange.

• Items must be unused, unworn, all tags must be attached, and in original packaging and condition.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds and exchanges are typically processed on Fridays and may take up to 10 business days from arrival to our facility to be processed. 

• Upon receipt of returned goods, Cocktail Country Club reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the shipping and returns policy requirements.
